It is helpful in menstrual disorders and acts as a uterine tonic. Shatavari is also beneficial for men as it improves testosterone levels. Shatavari might also promote memory functions due to its antioxidant activity.
Ingredients:- Velchi Seed, Aq.Ext Shatavari root, Sharkara.
